Cool and quite deep, very slightly yeasty, also a little herbal nose of peach and some apple with citrus nuances, floral traces, a touch of corn and fennel. Bright, rather cool, juicy fruit, peach and peach skin, yeasty, herbal and clearly mineral notes, persistent on the palate, some grip of friable tannin, persistent on the palate, herbal tones, lots of salt and also stony minerality, completely dry style, a little white pepper, very good, firm, tart, grippy finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2029+. What our ratings mean
