Rather tart, slightly muted, still a little yeasty, also dried vegetal aroma with stone fruit and citrus aromas, a little egg white, mushrooms, wild strawberries, fennel and cabbage. Firmly woven, tangy, ripe fruit, noticeable acidity and present, still somewhat drying and sandy tannins, which integrate well with air, noticeably yeasty tones, hints of sweetness, quite distinct minerality, very good, again a trace drying finish with yellow and hints of red fruit.
