Firm, slightly dried vegetable and delicately nutty to yeasty, also slightly floral fragrance with calm, fine yellow-fruity aromas, a hint of pesto and dark earthy-mineral tones. Ripe, juicy, slightly warm fruit, fine acidity, dense and persistent on the palate, certain melt, again rather dark minerality, delicate touch, again rather calm style, certain depth, very good, firm, again slightly warm finish with ripe fruit and mineral spice
