2018 Schoden Saarfeilser Riesling Auslese VDP.Grosse Lage, Mosel, Germany

Sweet nose, stone fruit and some pomaceous fruit aromas, citrus fruit, herbaceous and floral traces, mineral notes. Sweet, partly candied, juicy fruit on the palate, aromas reminiscent of rooibos tea, very elegant, fairly moderate acidity, prominent sugar candy, floral notes, good substance and persistence, hint of red berries, mineral notes in the background, some exotic fruit, very good, juicy and again quite sweet finish.
