Yeasty nose, prominent green vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus and some peach fruit, touch of gooseberries, prominent mineral notes. Clear, juicy, sweet fruit on the palate, vegetal, herbaceous and light floral aromas, light yeasty notes, very elegant, lively acidity, good persistence and substance, light grip, mineral notes in the background, still undeveloped, touch of sugar candy and caramel, more yeasty, vegetal and mineral notes on a very good juicy, sweet finish with some sugar candy notes.
