Cool, fresh, clear nose, elegant herbaceous notes, citrus and stone fruit, touch of gooseberry, light floral traces, some sugar candy and mineral notes. Very clear, cool, juicy, polished fruit on the palate, fresh vegetal and herbaceous aromas, firm bite provided by very elegant acidity, persistent and taut, vibrant, but also playful, good depth, perfectly integrated sweetness, hint of bacon in the background, very lively, mineral notes, almost silky fruit and acidity on a very good, long, cool finish.
