Herbaceous and floral notes on the nose, candied citrus fruit and preserved stone fruit, mineral notes. Firm, cool, fairly sweet fruit on the palate, lively acidity, some dried vegetal notes, earthy and mineral notes, still has some yeasty traces, slightly muted, good persistence, floral traces, hint of dark berries, earthy and stony mineral notes, some bite on a very good, juicy finish.
