2024 Rosé "MAXXIM", Rheinhessen, Germany

Relatively cool, slightly nutty, vegetable to dried herb-like and subtly smoky-bacon core and stone fruit aroma with slight dark berry hints. Cool, quite slender appearing, not completely dry fruit with a touch of mint and red currants, lively acidity, light tannin grip, tobacco and beeswax in the background, also a bit of citrus zest, salty and chalky notes, a hint of seaweed, has bite, good to very good finish.
