2021 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Straden Sauvignon Blanc Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Somewhat planty to herbal and a hint of smoky nose with yellow fruity and hints of nutty aromas as well as floral tones in the background. Clear, fine, tart fruit, some herbal spice and floral tones, still a hint of yeast, nutty and delicately smoky hints in the background, some minerality, fine acidity, some grip, good persistence, very good, again quite juicy finish with some tension.
