2020 Vulkanland Steiermark DAC Straden Grauburgunder Ortswein trocken, Styria/Steiermark, Austria

Quite firm, somewhat vegetal, nutty and delicately bacony aroma with restrained pome fruit aromas and hints of dried mushrooms. Ripe, juicy, somewhat melting, tart fruit, nutty and very slightly spicy tones, again a little mushroom in the background, light grip, very fine acidity, good persistence, smoky-specky nuances, tart, somewhat earthy minerality, good to very good finish.
