Firm, deep and multi-layered, floral and somewhat smoky to bacon-like scent of ripe yellow fruits with nutty and clearly mineral notes. Very juicy, ripe, almost a little warm fruit with a hint of exoticism, very fine acidity, nutty and yeasty notes, slightly smoky minerality, firm structure, but also with enamel, quite complex, good depth, very good, finely spicy, juicy and quite mineral finish with touch. Has increased noticeably since the last sample

Editor note: Fairly cool, slightly muted nose, yeasty and nutty notes, fairly prominent vegetal notes, yellow fruit, hint of sage and some pistachioes, mineral notes in the background. firm, fairly tart citrussy fruit on the palate, very light ethereal traces, delicately sweetish and creamy, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, some fine sandy tannins that become more integrated with aeration, good substance and persistence, earthy and salty mineral traces, hint of wine gums, yeasty traces, very good finish.
