Vegetal and some light floral notes on the nose, restrained yellow fruit, yeasty traces, light mineral notes in the background. Light-bodied, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, lively acidity, yeasty notes, firm structure, good persistence, has bite and grip, prominent mineral notes, clear contours, good to very good firm, tart finish.
