Firm nose, still rather closed, intense mineral and peppery notes, elegant vegetal notes, restrained yellow fruit, herbaceous notes, floral traces in the background. Bone dry, firm, nutty, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, yeasty and vegetal aromas, very elegant, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent and deep, lots of tart, salty mineral notes, hint of bacon, some anise, prominent coriander and other herbs, quite complex, slightly warm, spicy, gripping and mineral on a long finish. World class.
