Firm, smoky nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, earthy and mineral notes, restrained light yellow fruit, hint of bacon and some pepper, Ripe, firm, juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, lots of spicy fresh vegetal notes, yeasty and light nutty njotes, smoky and spicy, lively, very elegant acidity, fine sandy tannins, persistent, complex and gripping, reined-in power, prominent mineral notes, still young, clear contours and firm bite, excellent depth, firm grip again, prominent salty notes, complex, firm, very good, long, elegant and juicy finish. A masterpiece.
