Firm, deep, complex nose, vegetal, herbaceous and spicy notes, restrained yellow fruit, floral traces, hint of tobacco and elderberry, prominent earthy and mineral notes. Firm, tart, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal, yeasty and nutty aromas, slightly metallic prominent mineral notes, very elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide firm grip, persistent and deep, complex, slightly spicy, traces of muscat and butter, hint of bacon, still very young, creamy, very good long finish. Almost chewy.
