Translate to English Straffer, tiefer Paprikaduft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Noten, etwas Hefe, Kräutern und intensiver Mineralik sowie etwas Holunder im Hintergrund. Reintönige, sehr saftige, wiederum straff gewirkte Frucht im Mund, viel Kraft und Schmelz, aber auch Biss, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig und konzentriert am Gaumen, komplex, ausgezeichnete Tiefe, noch sehr jung, aber schon betörend, schlafwandlerische Balance, dabei packend, langer, saftiger und mineralischer Abgang mit viel kühler pflanzlicher Würze. Groß und dabei völlig unprätentiös.
