Translate to English Herbe, recht vegetabile und leicht erdige Nase nach Kapern, etwas Brokkoli und ein wenig gelben Früchten mit Holunderblüten und deutlich erdig-mineralischen Tönen. Fest gewirkt und trocken im Mund, herb-saftige Frucht mit recht komplexen, frischen vegetabilen Aromen, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, deutliche, etwas salzige Mineralik, hat Griff und Substanz, bleibt aber elegant, in sich geschlossen, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter, herb-mineralischer Abgang mit zarten Olivenölnoten. Nobles Understatement, das Aufmerksamkeit braucht.
