Cool nose with prominent vegetal notes, citrus, fairly prominent elderberries, toch of quince, mineral traces. Clear, elegant and juicy on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, cool herbs and spices, fairly persistent, touch of bell peppers, prominent mineral notes in the background, harmonious and refreshing, quite firm, good to very good finish.
