Clearly planty fragrance with reserved, tart yellow fruity notes and mineral notes. Clear, straightforward, finely juicy fruit, cool planty aromas, slightly salty in the background, lively, fine acidity, certain persistence, some grip, nutty traces, good finish.

Editor note: Pomaceous fruit and a hint of citrus on the nose, spicy vegetal and light nutty notes. Clear and dry on the palate, light herbaceous and mineral notes, nutty notes, elegant acidity, light grip, good persistence, quite refreshing, very good finish.
