Firm nose, prominent vegetal and light nutty notes, pomaceous fruit and a hitn of citrus, light herbaceous traces, touch of smoked bacon in the background, fairly prominent mineral notes. Firm, dry, juicy ripe fruit on the palate, very elegant, fairly lively acidity, herbaceous and green vegetal aromas, persistent, full-bodied, quite creamy, but also has bite, mineral backbone, spicy nutty notes, good depth, complex, very good firn, juicy finish. Has become much more firm, and is still surprisingly youthful.

Editor note: Roasted nuts and some coconut on the nose, baked and preserved apples. More roasted nutty notes on the palate, slightly sweetish, delicate spice and some more coconut, soft, fairly full-bodied, preserved apple fruit, hint of melon, light herbaceous notes, integrated acidity, lots of substance, quite opulent, well-judged use of oak, good to very good finish.
