Somewhat nutty and dried vegetal aroma of more red than black berries with smoky, mushroomy and hints of bacon and a touch of cauliflower. Ripe, partly preserved fruit with smoky and toasted-nutty wood flavours, some bite, crumbly tannin, not very deep, delicate, sweet melting, good finish.
