Somewhat nutty and slightly vegetal aroma with pome fruit notes, a little smoke, citrus hints and a hint of tobacco and yeast. Tart, bright fruit with vegetal and nutty tones, quite lively acidity, a hint of citrus zest on the palate, a little drying tannin, some persistence, hints of herbal seedlings in the background, good finish.
