2018 Spätburgunder VDP.Gutswein trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Slightly earthy and dried mushroomy scent of more red than black berries with earthy-vegetable nuances. Warm, partly preserved fruit, nutty and dried vegetal tones, again also mushroomy hints, lots of alcohol warmth, crumbly tannin, still a touch drying, good finish with ripe juice, again lots of warmth and some spice.
