Slightly warm, nutty, somewhat vegetal and clearly dried mushroomy aroma with some celery and restrained yellow fruity notes. Slightly developed fruit with nutty to woody notes, nut butter and a little vanilla, medium fine perlage, very slightly drying tannin, certain power, warmth and persistence, despite the absence of dosage a slight sweet impression on the palate, smoky nuances, tart spice, mushrooms again, good to very good finish.
