Scheurebe mild, Pfalz, Germany

Fresh, vegetable, yeasty and somewhat floral citrus scent with black berry nuances. Quite sweet fruit, candy notes, floral notes and some yeast, slightly superficial mousse, a hint of dark berries, quite a good finish. Made clean, but also a little pushy sweet.
