Clear, somewhat yeasty core fruit nose with fine vegetal aromas and floral hints. Clear, finely juicy and nutty-spicy fruit with yeasty and vegetal aromas, delicate smoky tones, and again floral nuances, quite fine mousse, some grip, good sustainability, almost completely dry character, very good finish with bitter juice, spice, and grip. A lot of good sparkling wine for little money.
