2017 Spätburgunder trocken, Württemberg, Germany

Very slightly developed, rather restrained, somewhat mushroomy, undergrowthy and dried herbal scent of partly preserved red berries with a little cherry. Ripe, lean, not quite dry fruit with a trace of dried mushrooms, moderate acidity, ripe tannin, some persistence, salty and slightly peppery tones, good finish.
