2022 Thüngersheim Rothlauf Silvaner Grosses Gewächs, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Dense and deep, clearly vegetal and somewhat bacony aroma with pome fruit aromas, wild mushrooms, parsley root, herbs, bread crust and a hint of coriander. Ripe, slightly warm, tangy, very tightly knit fruit, herbal-vegetable and slightly nutty aromas, persistent on the palate, dense, deep and powerful, quite complex spiciness, again also with coriander notes, intense minerality, again a little bread crust, lots of grip and tension, very good, concentrated, tangy and spicy finish with tension. May mature.
