Firm, tart and very deep, dried-vegetable to herbal and clearly mineral aroma with restrained yellow-fruity and fine vegetable aromas, mussel shells, nuts, a hint of smoke and parsley. Nutty and again emphatically vegetal in the mouth, ripe, restrained, yet noble fruit, fine acidity and still slightly sandy tannin, which integrates well with air, persistent and dense on the palate, clear minerality, has warm and cool elements, smoky notes, still young, good depth, hints of white pepper, also blackberry nuances, a little Mediterranean herbs in the background, also mussel shells, has a certain inner calm, very good, firm, tangy and grippy finish, again with lots of herbal spice and enormous minerality.
