2020 Retzbach Benediktusberg Silvaner VDP.Erste Lage trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, firm, nutty aroma with tart yellow fruit and slightly vegetal aromas, hints of herbs and mineral tones. Firmly woven, tart fruit with lots of grip and spice, very fine acidity, nutty and slightly yeasty tones, clear minerality, still young, lasting, very good, firm, grippy and tangy finish with relatively dark spice and a hint of bacon. Has finesse.
