Clear, quite fine and polished, a little bit planty fragrance with restrained yellow fruity aromas as well as nutty and yeasty traces. Delicate, tart, rather cool fruit, very fine acidity and delicate touch, yeasty and planty nuances, good persistence, chalky mineral notes, a hint of bacon, good substance, good to very good, fine juicy finish with smoky traces
