Light floral, yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, yellow fruit aromas, hint of bacon, dried flowers, light touch of yellow spice, prominent mineral notes. Firmly structured, bone dry fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, herbaceous traces, prominent mineral notes, full-bodied, but also has cool elements, very light ethereal notes, some depth, floral and peppery traces, some minty notes on a very good, firm, tart, juicy, spicy, mineral finish.
