2017 Retzstadt Langenberg Silvaner Brut Nature (Deg. Juni 2022), Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm, yeasty and finely rooty aroma with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a little tobacco and herbs as well as nutty traces. Clear, polished, fine-juicy, quite dry fruit, nutty, yeasty and slightly tobacco aromas, again a trace of root vegetables, rather moderate, fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, certain melting, hints of white pepper, smoky nuances, quite clear minerality, very good, tart-juicy and slightly smoky, again also mineral finish.
