Nutty, slightly smoky nose, still has yeasty traces, prominent mineral notes, restrained, tart citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of dried herbs. Firmly structured, ripe, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, light nutty oak and some smoked bacon, elegant, lively acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, persistent, still totally undeveloped, some depth, showing first signs of emerging elegance, very good, firm finish.
