Translate to English Fester, erdiger, getrocknet-vegetabiler und ganz leicht speckiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen, pfeffrigen und kräuterigen Aromen, viel erdiger Mineralik, einer Spur Holz und pfeffrigen Noten. Fest gewirkt, kräftig und saftig im Mund, noch leicht unruhig und eine Spur krautig, lebendige, feine Säure, viel Griff von leicht sandigem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, etwas tabakig und speckig, erdige Mineralik, leicht warmer und ein wenig rustikaler Stil, viel Substanz, völlig trockener Stil, spürbarer Alkohol, im Hintergrund Wurzelgemüse, sehr guter, wenn auch noch ganz leicht nachtrocknender Abgang. Muss reifen.
