concentrated nose, light nutty oak, dried yellow fruit, vegetal and dried floral notes, hint of mushrooms. -very concentrated again on the palate, firm, partly candied and partly preserved fruit, very sweet, but also has tart vegetal and earthy notes, mushrooms, nutty oak in the background, hint of juniper, persistent, deep and quite complex, still undeveloped, hint of bacon in the background, earthy and mineral notes, hint of medicinal herbs, some yellow spice, long, complex finish.
