Süßliche Frucht im Mund, aber auch herbe vegetabile und erdige Töne, lebendige Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, kreidig wirkende Mineralik im Hintergrund, hat Griff, guter, süßlicher, an kandierten Ingwer erinnernder Abgang mit nussigen Spuren.
