Clearer, firmer and polished, with a hint of reductive scent featuring bright yellow fruit and very fine vegetable notes, a touch of smoke, delicate floral nuances, and a certain minerality. Juicy, bright fruit with some smoky and nutty barrel tones, very fine acidity, a grip of tender tannins, lingering on the palate, herbal and celery-like vegetable nuances, distinctly salty in the background, hinted floral and fatty, very good, firm finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
