Clearly more vegetal, hint of nutty and almost a hint of yeasty aroma with rather light pomaceous fruit notes and mineral nuances. Clear, tart, rather cool fruit, nutty, yeasty and vegetal flavours, very fine acidity, delicate grip, chalky, hint of salty and a hint of smoky tones, good persistence, certain power, very good finish.

Editor note: Slightly nutty, slightly vegetal and earthy scent with pome fruit aromas, a hint of bacon and very slightly peppery spice. Restrained, rather tart fruit with yeasty, fine yellow spicy and somewhat nutty tones, very fine acidity, some tannins, persistent on the palate, clear mineral notes, slightly melty, certain depth, rather calm style, relatively complex, vegetal notes, very good, tart finish. First class meal companion.
