Firm and deep, somewhat smoky, nutty and vegetal to herbal scent of partly candied citrus fruits with a little stone fruit, black berry nuances and bacon. Dense, tight and fine, very sweet fruit with nuances reminiscent of pickled apricots, hints of rosemary and honey, fine acidity, has some grip, persistent, deep and complex, dried mushrooms and tobacco in the background, distinct minerality, a hint of pepper, also herbal aromas, very good to long finish with traction.
