2021 trocken "Alter Satz", Mosel, Germany

Somewhat herbal, nutty and mushroomy aromas of pome and stone fruit with delicate floral aromas and nuances reminiscent of aubergine. Clear, juicy, not quite dry fruit with a hint of beeswax, lively acidity, light grip, good persistence, hints of tea, sage and red berries, chalky minerality, good to very good finish.
