Cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal citrus stone fruit nose with mineral traces and a hint of dark berries. Bone dry, cool, restrained fruit, present acidity, distinctly herbal to planty flavours, some grip, plenty of salt and also stony tones, persistent, still undeveloped, a hint of black berries in the background, very good, tart finish with plenty of bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
