Somewhat vegetal to ethereal-herbal, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of partly pickled pome and stone fruit with a hint of dried flowers. Polished, firm, very sweet fruit with slightly blackberry and waxy nuances, lively acidity, light grip, good substance and persistence, certain depth, salty and chalky tones, citrus zest, honey and tobacco in the background, very good, juicy, quite cool finish with bite
