Firm nose, dried vegetal and floral notes, restrained, fairly light yellow fruit, intense mineral notes, hint of root vegetables and fennel. Clear, ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly off-dry, very elegant acidity, light grip, floral and vegetal traces, persistent and polished, intense mineral notes, firm structure, some depth, still undeveloped, prominent mineral notes, vegetal notes and some white pepper, polished style, very good, long, fairly tart, gripping finish.
