Clear, cool and polished, tart and herbal and very delicately yeasty fragrance with light, fresh yellow fruity nuances. Slender, light, very dry fruit, clearly vegetable to herbal aromas, some yeast, lively acidity and also noticeable carbonic acid, certain persistence, light minerality in the background, nutty traces, good to very good, animatingly tart and juicy finish with bite. Very refreshing
