Clearly dried-vegetable and slightly floral scent of yellow and green fruits with earthy and nutty traces. Slightly sweet, partly preserved fruit, floral and red berry nuances, suitable acidity, restrained tannic grip, some persistence, still a little carbonic acid, nutty flavours, a hint of rock candy, good finish
