Somewhat smoky, bacony and herbal-vegetable nose of ripe yellow fruits with notes reminiscent of green asparagus and nutty spice. Quite juicy, partly candied and preserved, sweetish fruit with clearly vegetal aromas, somewhat floral, herbal and nutty, good substance and persistence, quite lively acidity, some grip, slightly smoky to bacony in the background, good to very good, again a little sweet finish with bite
