Somewhat herbaceous-vegetable, nutty and hints of bacon aroma of partly preserved mixed berries with noticeable paprika, soy sauce and slightly smoky-sooty hints. Rather tart and at the same time slightly preserved fruit with a certain acid bite, some nutty wood aromas and paprika again, lots of dusty, a little drying tannin, has power and substance, a hint of star anise and mint in the background, salty and earthy minerality, very good finish with noticeable alcohol and bitterish sooty hints
