Relatively cool, slightly smoky, somewhat nutty, tobacco-like, and subtly dried floral nose with candied yellow fruits, a hint of honey and sunflower seeds, as well as a suggestion of savoy cabbage. Ripe, sweet, firm fruit with a certain phenolic character, a touch of sage and a hint of tea, lively acidity, good sustainability, chalky minerality, with tobacco, rock candy, and Brazil nut tones in the background, some depth, very good finish with cool juice and delicate raspberry aromas.
