2017 Grauburgunder trocken VDP.Ortswein, Schloss Staufenberg, Baden, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light nutty, fresh vegetal and light floral notes, pomaceous fruit, restrained hint of red berries, smoky, spicy traces, hint of wine gus. Youthful, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, elegant, lively acidity, some light herbaceous notes, fairly persistent, very light tannic gripm salty traces, cool style, good finish.
